Dennis, I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a completely positive experience with the sales team here at Mayse. It is never our intention to deceive or otherwise create negative experiences for our customers, as we wish for every person to leave our dealership with a positive impression of this business. Most trade-in vehicles require a considerable amount of reconditioning to prepare them for resale, which goes into the price of the vehicle when re-listed. With your two trade-in vehicles being 12 years and 9 years old respectively, this certainly increased the amount of reconditioning we had to perform. Moreover, our new vehicles are priced very competitively compared to the market, leaving us less room for negotiations. Again, I sincerely apologize that your experience here at Mayse was not completely positive. If you would like to speak further about your experience, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
