Christine's attention to detail was excellent. She answered all my questions about the vehicle fully and at great length. (I live far away from the dealer so I didn't want to make the trip without some assurances that it was in good condition.) After Christine answered my questions, Ehren took over the buying process. He arranged getting me from the airport to the dealer, he looked after details to ensure my time at the dealership was minimized, he took care of a last minute maintenance item and even fed me lunch!
