I went to Mayse not knowing exactly what vechicle is was really interested in. The reason we went to Mayse was because of the pricing and when I made an interest in a car they responded quickly. I had been searching for a particular used vehicle model via the Internet for weeks and found it (with low miles) at Mayse Automotive. Unfortunately, Mayse was 4 hours away from my home and I was reluctant via the Internet for weeks and found it (with low miles) at Mayse Automotive. Unfortunately, Mayse was 4 hours away from my home and I was reluctant to drive 250 miles to look at a car that might not be quite what I expected. From my initial inquiry, Shane was great at following up and answering my questions. He assured me that he'd make my trip as easy as possible. He called my cell before I arrived to confirm he would be available, had the vehicle waiting out front for me when I arrived, and made the whole experience the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever made. I have always heard how good Mayes Motors is....so after an accident that totaled my car I decided to check them out. I arrived around 9:00 am, was met on the lot by Mike Whitesel. Mike listened to what I wanted and made some suggestions..I test drove a few different cars but continued to come back to one certain one..Mike was pleasant, not pushy and very patient with me. Especially since I requested to drive one car four different times! I did end up buying the car I continued to test drive...I love it!!
