After several weeks of searching and dealing with other dealerships the frustration was high. No one wanted to listen to what we wanted nor did they want to work with our financial requirements. A terrible experience to say the least. My daughter told me about Mayse Automotive Group and what her friends were saying about the great buying experience they had. I mentioned Mayse to several of my co-workers, three who had nothing but positive things to say. So, I got on line and found the truck I wanted. I emailed Mayse Automotive group to inquire, since I did not want to go for another strained and disappointing experience. Shane Landers called. Talking with him was refreshing and felt promising. So, we decided to go meet Shane and see the truck. Shane was AWESOME! His no pressure approach and willingness to listen was surprising, yet, welcomed. Shane was easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us. In a matter of a couple of hours, we had the truck we wanted, the financing done and was on the road home. Working with Shane and the finance office was the best, and I do mean the best, truck buying experience we have ever had!! We were at the dealreship on a cold, rainy Saturday. Mike came out to help us and didn't try to rush us due to the weather. He was patient, very helpful, and didn't give us the "hard sale". We didn't really find anything that day, but when we went back a few days later to look another vehicle, Mike again was very patient and helpful. Once we had made a decision to buy from Mayse, he answered all our questions, and addressed any concerns we had. In financing our used vehicle, Rob explained things clearly, and also didn't try to pressure us to finance any more than we wanted to. We went to several dealerships that cold, rainy day before going to Mayse. The way we were treated by Mike that day, made us go back to that dealership. More

Mike was extremely cordial and profession without the pushiness I have experienced at other dealers. My wife and I have been putting off buying a new car mostly because of all the horror stories of the process (and the cost of course). We were both so relieved to have met Jeff Harrison. He took the time to show us every car we were interested in and helped narrow it down to the car with the options we wanted. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. After selecting the perfect car for my wife and I, Jeff Silvey helped us out with the financial options. We were originally going to secure independent financing for the car but decided to see what Jeff Silvey could do for us. He not only presented Mayse’s financing options but showed us what local credit unions were offering (Which is what we were planning to use). My wife and I left the lot and picked up the car the next day after they detailed it out. The car looked amazing. It had some very minor damage to a few things (ding on tire rim, a few small paint chips) but Jeff Harrison advised he would take care of them for us. Jeff Harrison took the time to show my wife and I how to pair our phones with the Bluetooth and all the controls of the car (XM radio, heated seats ac/heat ect). As we sat in our new car in the lot (Chevrolet Malibu 2011) we were in shock how much fun the whole process was with Jeff Harrison. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAYSE AND JEFF HARRISON if you need a new car. Now let me share how impressed we were with the product itself. Chevrolet has put together a beautiful and wonderfully handling car with awesome features for the money. The car drives smooth and is very quiet. The sound system (not Bose) is remarkable and the heated seats make for a vacation of a trip this time of year (late November). We were in awe as we talked to friends over the in car Bluetooth system. People did not realize they were talking to us over an in car system! The safety features were rated tops in the class. We have been considering this car for over a year and looked at all the foreign models that were comparable. They are all well built but did not excite us like the Chevrolet. I love the fact it was an American built car, but quality was the final reason for the purchase. The only concern we had about the Malibu is that the resale value has not been established like on some of the foreign cars (Honda, Nissan ect). Honestly I don’t really care because my wife and I keep our cars for a very long time. We also debated on holding off for the alleged 2013 redesign of the Malibu but life is too short. We needed a new car now. We also really liked the price point of the 2011 and the design. My mother in law (who recently bought a Honda CRV) remarked “It rides smoother than my car” and “The seats are so comfortable”… We noticed those facts as well…(hence the purchase). Thank you Jeff Harrison and Jeff Silvey for your wonderful service. Thank you Chevrolet for making an amazing car!
