Our overall rating is great. I really appreciated Jeff's service. I didn't feel pressured at all. I came in early Wednesday morning to look at an 08 Acadia for my wife. I took it for a test drive and loved, more importantly my wife was in love with it. He seemed very knologable about the vehicl and easily explainded features I was curious about. I still wanted to do some checking so Jeff took my number and a list of concerns I had on the vehicle and before I could make it from Aurora to Republic he called me with answers. In comparison to all the sales rep's at the other dealers I worked with that day he was by far the best. I really felt like Jeff wanted me to purchase the best vehicle for me and my family, not just whatever he ahd on the lot. In the end you had the better service (by far) and the better vehicle. My mother purchased an 07 Tahoe from Mayes about a moth ago and has not stopped talking about the great service and the wonderful vehicle. I now understand why! More
