When we arrived the next afternoon we wete greeted at the door & Rob was in the showroom. He was already prepared to help us. DEF Blows! My 2016 Duramax service engine light came on. I called Mayse service center and they scheduled me with an appointment for the following day. I arri My 2016 Duramax service engine light came on. I called Mayse service center and they scheduled me with an appointment for the following day. I arrived at 7:00am and was promptly on my way to work using a very nice loaner truck provided by the dealer. Even though i'm not happy that the DEF heater had to be replaced on a truck with 31,000 miles, i will say I am very happy with the the service provided by the dealer. More
