John Ellis worked with us over the internet and then finally face to face and was very professional. We agreed on a price and then placed our order for a new 2012 Buick Lacrosse. When it arrived we were shown the vehicle in an inside area and then went over paperwork. We then signed paperwork and paid for the vehicle and then went to lunch. When we returned, everything needed to get our license plates transferred and title to the new car, was ready. John then took us back to the vehicle in the inside area and went over all of the vehicle including operation of the instrument panel, radio, navigation and many other things about the vehicle. We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Mayse Motors, even though it is a short drive from Springfield. Would recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new vehicle. More
