Mike Was wonderful. He is very friendly and isn't the kind of salesman that shows you a big old van when you ask for a small car (like Wher Automotive in Mtn. Grove.) We weren't really looking to make a purchase when Jeff approached us, however once spending a little time with him we knew he wasn't your "ordinary" sales guy. He made us feel comfortable and not pressure approached us, however once spending a little time with him we knew he wasn't your "ordinary" sales guy. At no time did we feel rushed. He even included the kids in conversations. During the next week he helped get numbers and everything together so when the weekend got here we could make a deal!! Several years ago I was at Mayes to buy a car and had a bad experience. When I found the car I wanted on the internet, I was afraid I would have the same experience. First I called and talked to Christine and she could not have been more friendly and helpful. She made sure the car was available for me, so I didn't have to make a trip for nothing. She and John greeted me at the door. They were both warm and welcoming. John and I took the test drive and the ride was great. When we returned to the dealership, John immediately took on the job of helping me get the car. Each person was not only friendly, but professional and answered all my questions to my satifaction and did not treat me as stupid. Then when John had completed his job, he took me to Rob and introduced us. Rob was very helpful and explained everything even the ones I still had questions about he went over them again. I must say that in the past I had dealt with the service department at Mayse and thought they were great. But I was very pleasantly surprised at the amount of attention, courtesy, professionalism, honesty and friendliness of Christine, John and Rob. I will definitely deal with Mayes in the future and will report my great experience to all who will listen. God Bless you all, you have reaffirmed my faith in dealerships!! The customer service was great. Ehren Clark greeted us outside the dealership with a smile and was very outgoing which made for an relaxed transaction. Mike Pullen was so helpful in finding out what I was looking for and only showing those that would interest me. Carfax is a great idea (whoever came up with that).
