Ehren and Tripp were both great and worked with me to get the deal done. While I was originally interested in trading in my truck for a used car, Ehren was knowledgable enough about the options I might h the deal done. The 2012 Cruze is a lot of car for the low payment we got. Tripp was conversational and fair, and worked to make me comfortable about all the details of the lease structure etc. I was also impressed by the service folks who stayed a little extra to prep my car late on that Saturday so I could bring it home that same day (they also drove paperwork to me a few days later to save me the 60 mile drive). We were very pleased with our experience. We started out on AutoTrader and found a Chevrolet Traverse at Mayse dealership and we thought the price was great but there had to be a catch. Before we made the 1 1/2 hr trip my husband called to make sure the car was still there and it was at the price we had seen. He talked with David Brown who assured him the price was right and the traverse was still available and he would have it at the front door when we got there and he did! It was exactly what was described and we purchased it. We have already recommended David and the dealership to a friend and in a year when we look to replace our other car they are the first place we will go. We lived in south AR for a long time and used one dealership there for the purchase of several cars and I see that in our future with Mayse. More
