We were very happy with our experience at Mayse. We knew what car we wanted to see, we looked at it, we bought it. Mike Whitesel was our sales consultant, he was very friendly and easy to deal with. He even helped to entertain our two small children while we went through all of the paper work. Rob Bieber, the finance manager was personable and quickly got us through all of the signing required so we could hit the road in our new ride. More
Mayes Automotive Group is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with in the southwest Missouri area. In fact, this is the 4th time I have traded and now purchased a new vehicle from them. T have ever done business with in the southwest Missouri area. In fact, this is the 4th time I have traded and now purchased a new vehicle from them. Their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge is unmatched by other dealerships that I have visited. I like to visit a dealership that has no pressure when it comes to buying or trading a vehicle. I have been on their lot several times and can see by other customer"s reactions, that they too are always treated in a no Pressure Atmosphere. My salesman John Ellis answered all my questions and treated my wife and myself with great respect. His knowledge of the vehicle I was considering to buy and comparing to others was great. At no time was any question I had, considered a "dumb" question. He was able to go above and beyond on anything I would ask. I also want recognize Greg Poe. Greg also treated us with great respect and he too answered my questions on the new vehcile I was considering and he also addressed my concerns on the vehcile I was trading. After deciding to purchase the new vehicle, Tripp Cook handled all of the paperwork and again treated us with great respect in our buying experience. I called to inquire about the 2012 Chrysler Van that was listed in the newspaper. I was connected with Serge Antonuk who described the van in detail. We later drove to Mayse Motors to look at the 2012 Chrys listed in the newspaper. I was connected with Serge Antonuk who described the van in detail. We later drove to Mayse Motors to look at the 2012 Chrysler T&C Limited van. We had not intended on buying anything on this trip, but after talking with Serge and driving the van we began talking about buying this vehicle and trading in our 2005 Chrysler van. After agreeing on the trade price we then talked with Jeff Silvey to finish up the paperwork. Since we had not been prepared to trade on this trip, we worked out a deal where they would deliver the new van to my house in Springfield, MO and pick up the title for the van to be traded-in and the check for the agreed price. They then took it a step further in arranging to deliver the Certificate of title and the Missouri Title and license paperwork to Springfield the following day. Alecia, also was helpful in handling the paperwork in a timely manner knowing that we were planning on leaving on a short trip and would not be able to receive the paperwork by Certified Mail. More

Serge was VERY friendly and very helpful. At no time did we feel that we were being pressured to do anything. After the truck we were purchasing got sold to someone else they went out of their way to ensure we feel that we were being pressured to do anything. I recently purchased a car and I liked the service that was provided to me. Jim Arthur was very helpful in helping me find a car I wanted. I have never been treated as well as i was treated by Jim Arthur by ANY car dealership i have ever visited. He treated me like he had known me for a very long time and this was my first visit to this dealers Arthur by ANY car dealership i have ever visited. He treated me like he had known me for a very long time and this was my first visit to this dealership. I had just come from being very disrespected and in my opinion lied to by crossroads of joplin, who i had just bought a car from september of 2011, and i will never buy another car from another dealership other than mayse. My experience with Mayse started with Jim and continued through the service department. I have already started sending new customers your way and will continue to do so. Thank you again to the staff of Mayse for making the wrong that crossroads did right!! More
