Customer service could have been better. They were friendly but not overly attentive. We spent several hours there total and no asked us if we even wanted water. Even my hair salon offers me something to drink and I don't drop thousands of dollars there in one day. Everything and everyone felt rushed (especially Greg Poe, not very patient) and when asked questions they acted surprised that someone would ask questions when spending thousands of dollars. They also did not deal on price as much as they indicated they would when we inquired about the car. Overall good/ok but not great. If you go here I would recommend Ehren Clark though. More

Mike Whitesel is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful with a no pressure approach, which we so appreciate. It had been 5 months since we had seriously started looking for a replacement vehicle a helpful with a no pressure approach, which we so appreciate. It had been 5 months since we had seriously started looking for a replacement vehicle and when we walked in, he remembered a list of our "wants"!! We had narrowed our choice down to 3 different vehicles at 3 different dealerships which Mike was aware. Yet, he did not apply any pressure to our final decision. He simply emphasized the convenience and extras on the Traverse we were interested in and did not say anything negative about other vehicles. He wants the customer to be happy. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Rob Bieber was very pleasant, thorough, professional and quick in that process. Before we left the parking lot, Mike took us to the vehicle and showed us all the gadgets and how to work them (if only we can remember). He set up several items for us since we are technology challenged. Thank you Mike for being so patient with us. We really like our new vehicle. An excellent experience in buying a new car and in this economy, it is a huge decision. More

Our salesman, Mike Whitesel, was about the only person willing to stay after hours so we could test drive a vehicle. He was very easy to work with and made every effort to accommodate our needs. I would recommend Mayse Automotive and Mike Whitesel to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. It wasn't a 'painful' experience like we've had in the past at other dealerships. More
A neighbor had purchased a car from Mike Whitesel and had a good experience with him. On a lark we checked Mayse inventory for the vehicle we were interested in online and sort of on the spur of the moment, a good experience with him. Mike understood we didn't intend to buy and just wanted to see what they had. On a very hot day he very patiently showed us and let us test drive as many SUVs as we wanted. None of them really enticed us enough to get serious and he sensed that. The only one that really caught our eye was one parked up by the building waiting for its new owner to pick it up. That night, after Mayse closed, Mike called us to tell us the one that caught our eye might be available. He promised to call first thing Monday morning if it looked like it was still for sale. He kept his promise to us, held it for us until we could get in that afternoon to look at it and arranged a deal! Not only did Mike stay late with us Monday night, Tripp Cook very patiently went over all the necessary paperwork well past closing time. The employees we encountered at Mayse were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mayse as a dealership and Mike as a salesperson. More

Mayse website is very good and since I knew I wanted a Cruze, we found one on the website and arranged a test drive via the internet portal. Ehren called back almost immediately and my two sons an I were Cruze, we found one on the website and arranged a test drive via the internet portal. Ehren called back almost immediately and my two sons an I were heading for a test drive. We live near Aurora and Mayse would be a local dealer for us. We arrived and the car was waiting, we spoke a bit about our kids and football and then Ehren handed me the keys and said the car could talk for itself. As I have a lengthy commute I told him I wanted to test it on the interstate. He told us to drive the car and after a 40 mile test drive I was sold. It had 41 miles on the odometer when we left and 82 upon return. Ehren is very knowledgeable about the product. During our initial discussion I said was a bit concerned about the reliability of the turbo but my fears were calmed when Ehren noted that the turbo had a water cooled bearing. This is impressive in-depth understanding of the essentials of a turbocharger. The price was fair and no pressure or dickering was involved. My only negative comment is that the website advertised a 2.99% interest rate for 60 months for "select models" and this banner was attached to the interned listing for the car I selected which indicated to me that it would apply to that car. Although I have excellent credit and put approximately 25% down, the rate was 3.99%--not a deal breaker but the tag on the website is a bit misleading. Although the financing portion was lengthy, Tripp was pleasant and friendly and clearly explained the extended warranty options. Delivery of the vehicle was exceptional. The car was detailed and waiting in the completion center across from some very nice classic GM cars with a full tank of gas. Although it was getting late in the afternoon, Ehren took the time to go through everything from OnStar signup to bluetooth phone sync explaining all the features of our Cruze. I like the Cruze because it is well designed, priced right, and assembled in the USA with a large percentage of USA made content. The sales experience at Mayse is top notch, and I expect the same for service. More
