Just wanted to let you know how pleased with the way I was treated by Shawn Kelso and several other Mayse employees from your service department. Shawn went out of his way to keep me informed of the stat was treated by Shawn Kelso and several other Mayse employees from your service department. Shawn went out of his way to keep me informed of the status of the repairs being done on my 2010 Malibu. I didn't feel pressured to have additional work, that I didn't realize the car needed, done. Shawn, also upon my pick-up of the vehicle, quickly replaced a wheel cover that I had purchased elsewhere and had brought with me. In addition, the two ladies (sorry, can't remember their names) who took care of me with a loaner vehicle and payment for the repairs were wonderful as well. Another great thing is the report that I was given informing me of all the inspections done to the car while there for service. Mike Pullen and the rest of the staff were nothing but nice. They even arranged for me to "try before I buy", and told me I could take the car I wanted on the road for the weekend.
