I came to Mayse to have a light checked out, on my pickup, at the service department. They took care of it in short order, no cost. I had an older Silverado pickup and asked him if they had something like my older pickup. He took me through the lot and showed me several vehicles. There was no pressure. He was not pushy or overbearing, just professional and courteous. I indicated a couple of new vehicles that I might be interested in if the numbers($) were right. Combining rebates, trade in value, and negotiations, Mayse made me an offer that I could not refuse. Again, it was all very low key. I was pleasantly surprised. When I picked up the new pickup, Mike gave me the most complete and thorough orientation that I have ever had on a new vehicle. Tripp Cook was my contact on financing. I had a quote from a company that I had dealt with for 45 years. Tripp called a local bank and they matched that quote and it was a very good interest rate. I was pleased with his effort. More

Mike assured us they would pick it up, leave a loaner for us to drive, and bring it back. That's exactly what they did. We were overly impressed with the service they offer. I located Mayes Automotive while searching the Internet for a Corvette, I wanted to deal with a dealership outside of the KC metro area because I was hoping to avoid the sales games & gimmicks. The haggling back & forth between us, the sales person & manager, pushing the add ons & then the surprise additional fees upon closing. I had found a '04 convertible with low miles (I'm the researcher) and my husband called for the specifications (he's the technical/mechanical expert.) He contacted David Brown, discussed the details & specs the Corvette had and what David wasn't familiar with on the car, he promptly checked on and got back to us. He wanted to be sure everything he relayed to us was accurate. He explained that if we were interested in the car, that we could submit a credit app online. Once our app was approved, the process would prioritize us, in case someone else was interested in the car. I completed the credit app and David called to inform me that the app was received & approved. He answered questions & advised me up front of the 99.00 administrative fee & that the finance manager would call to provide further details. Tripp Cook, the finance manager called later and explained everything in a friendly & professional manner. He was still working 1 1/2 hrs after closing on a Friday night. We drove down on Saturday, met with David Brown, he provided my husband with the build/spec sheet and showed us the car. My husband had a big grin, I knew what that meant. From that point on the purchase process was timely & efficient with David and Tripp. It was the smoothest, no hassle car purchase we've ever made....we loved the small town friendly treatment. This year we needed another vehicle for my wife (I drive the 2011 Impala back and forth to work) and we had decided last year that we would not purchase another vehicle from anyone except Mayse Automotive from now on. We saw a vehicle we liked...at a very good price..(lower than anyone else as always) and test drove it. We liked it and spoke with the same sales representative we dealt with last year about it. After a couple of minutes he asked me if by any chance I had been in the military because I could get a good rebate if I had been. I told him yes, he took the time to get my info from the military to substantiate it, and more was taken off the cost of the car...a 2013 Chevy Impala. I would definitely recommend this dealership to ANYONE! No hassles, lies or word tricks. These people WILL take care of you...PERIOD! More
