Mike Lanphier is awesome! Mike was my sales person when I bought my 1st new car in 2011.He was very friendly,not pushy,considered my wants and I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze and loved it.Unfortunately in July 2 bought my 1st new car in 2011.He was very friendly,not pushy,considered my wants and I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze and loved it.Unfortunately in July 2013 I was in a accident that totaled my car,my foot was injured and I was having alot of pain when trying to walk.I called the dealership and they told me to come on in and they would get me back on the road. I live 110 miles away,when I got there Mike had already anticipated my likes and was ready for me.Sitting by the door was a beautiful 2013 Chevy Cruze,it had more features then my previous car and was at a lower price.It was perfect for me! As I said my foot was injured and I was dreading walking around and looking but I didn't have to thanks to Mike.After purchasing the very car they had ready for me Mike sat in the car with me and set up all the dates/times and helped me enter phone numbers for my hands free calling,I feel like he went above and beyond for me and I will always use him for any other purchases.All of the staff was very helpful and very friendly in each department,I would recommend Mike and this company to anyone !!! My husband and I have been shopping for a vehicle for quite some time. I don't trade cars very often because I have had so many awkward and rude experiences on most car lots in the Springfield area. My husband suggested going to the dealership in Aurora, "just to look" and talk to Shane Landers from whom he bought his truck 2 years ago. I am so glad we did! As we were looking at cars, on a very busy Saturday, we did not see Shane on the lot. We found out later he was working with another customer and would join us in a bit, and he did. We found 2 vehicles test drove both, then test drove the first one again. He was very knowledgeable about both cars, very patient about my indecision, gave us time to talk it over and make our choice, then walked us through the process every step of the way. Tripp Cook handled the financial process painlessly. Smooth as it could be! Shane stayed late on a Saturday and handed me the keys to my new ride! I was looking for a 2011-2012 Chevy Cruze. I had many to many other dealerships and online sources, when I went to Mayse. My salesman, John Kieny, helped through the whole process. We came to Mayse Automotive hoping to find a good deal on a Traverse, Tahoe, or Enclave. We had looked at three other dealerships but wanted to check out all possibilities. Upon arrival at Mayse, Ehren was busy, but he introduced us to Mike. We had already looked on the lot and had questions about specific vehicles. Mike was well informed and friendly. He had just the right 'mix' of enthusiasm about the product - without being pushy about a purchase. He walked the lot with us, and we made a preliminary choice. As we were walking into the building from the lot, we spotted another vehicle of interest; Mike was informative and helpful. Again - no pressure.
