We decided to upgrade from our 2013 Terrain Denali to the larger 2014 Acadia Denali. I called Mike Whitsel and set a time when we could look at the Acadia and decide if that is what we wanted to do. We decided to do the upgrade if the price was fair for our 2013 trade-in and the difference for the 2014 was reasonable. We were able to come to terms that we thought were fair and in fact completed all the transaction and financing (at a good rate) that same day. All those involved were great to work with. More
