I visited several times during the peak business hours when trying to make my decision, and when one was busy taking care of other customers they were always careful to ensure another team member stepped in to assist. I initially contacted them per a special they were running on new half ton pickups, and I think I received one of the best deals around at the time. The only complaint I have is with regard to what I was offered for my trade in - it was unbelievably low. Much lower (to the tune of thousands) than I had been offered for the same truck at other local dealerships. Needless to say, I didn't do the trade and will sell my old truck myself. I took one star off my overall rating for this dealership because their offers on trade-ins is so much worse than everyone else in the area. One final mention: I had a couple accessories added at the time of my purchase, and found the service department very helpful. They were knowledgable and very prompt with the installation. More
