Best Dealership experience I was looking for a new used car and I went to many other dealers and small car lots and I had many things told to me and a lot of them were very rude I was looking for a new used car and I went to many other dealers and small car lots and I had many things told to me and a lot of them were very rude comments and they were just looking for how much I had to spend and not telling me price on the vehicle until they knew what kind of money I had to work with. David was not like that. You had your price on the vehicle and you didn't push hard for the sale. You were very kind and caring. You took the time to explain things to me and you wanted me to be in the car I was comfortable with. Great customer service! I had been shopping for a car for some time and have compared prices over the internet and in person and driven several cars from other dealerships. I had been shopping for a car for some time and have compared prices over the internet and in person and driven several cars from other dealerships. I liked the info I found on internet about Mayse and received 2 word of mouth referrals. I stopped by late one evening close to closing time and met with Mike Whitesel who was very helpful. He was interested in what I needed in a car (even to the interior color scheme that pleased me). He took time to let me drive cars even tho it ran well after closing time. I went back several days later and again Mike was very patient while I drove several more vehicles. There was no pressure at all. He did find the car that fit all MY needs and wants, which I purchased. I was very pleased when dealing with Tripp Cook, business manager. He was not pushy but gave me options on financing and warranties that fit my needs. Mr. Cook was able to get me a better interest rate than my bank offered. I would strongly recommend to anyone car shopping to give Mayse Automotive a try before buying. More
