He was very polite and answered all of my questions. I spoke to him a few times and decided to visit the dealership. I honestly was simply planning to test drive a Captiva and just see how they would trade. He showed me several different Captiva's and was very patient as I test drove around 5 different vehicles. I ended up trading my vehicle and driving off the lot in a new-to-me Captiva. Everyone I came into contact that day was most helpful.
