Purchasing New vehicle Wife spoke with Kelby about a SUV that would get great MPG , color with some features. The next day we drove 3 different vehicles from Mayes, Traverse Wife spoke with Kelby about a SUV that would get great MPG , color with some features. The next day we drove 3 different vehicles from Mayes, Traverse and 2 different Equinox. The price was comparable to other dealerships, we like to purchase in our home town. The Equinox got better gas mileage compared to the Traverse. Wife chose the Equinox. Kelby was great in that he found what my wife was looking for in a great car. We received incentives, Kelby was a normal human rather than a pushy sales person, that speaks volumes to us as buyers. Jeff Silvey does a great job of doing what is right for you in price. He will work with what best fits your needs not what best works for a sale. Overall status Mayes is the BEST experience we have had yet purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks More

He was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and easily walking me thourgh the purchase. Any questions I had, he was able to answer or find the answer. Shane told me that the car would be detailed within a few days after purchase. Two days later he was on the telephone telling me that the car would be serviced in 2 days. I couldn't ask for better service. The car came back looking like it had just come off the show room floor. Needless to say, I was extremely happy. With all the service Shane gave me, I would recommend him to any person looking for a car. More
