Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!! I was in the market looking for a Chevy Cruze and after hearing great things about Mayse Auto and Mike Whitesel from a family member, I decided to app I was in the market looking for a Chevy Cruze and after hearing great things about Mayse Auto and Mike Whitesel from a family member, I decided to apply online before going into the dealership to see if I would qualify for one. Within a matter of hours, I was contacted via email by Emily and she then put me in touch with Mike. At the time I applied, there was no Chevy Cruze's available in my price range that I wanted to stay in. Mike and I communicated via phone for about a week and the day the cars arrived, he contacted me immediately to let me know. I told Mike exactly what I was looking for, what my price range was, even down to the color I mostly preferred. Mike sent me two pictures, one of a red Cruze, the other a white. He was very patient with me, and very understanding to make sure he was meeting all of my criteria. I never felt like he was pushy or just trying to make a sale. I really was happy with the fact that he did not go on the test drive with me, as I was able to talk to my father about the decision I was about to make. He showed me all of the features the car has and even helped me set up my Bluetooth. Rob Bieber (Finance) was also very helpful and made signing the paperwork very smooth. When he offered me upgrade options, and I declined, he was not over the top and did not make me feel like he was trying to push me into something I did not want. Rob even helped me switch my insurance policy in a matter of minutes! Overall, I am EXTREMELY pleased with the whole experience and will recommend Mayse to all of my family and friends! I got exactly what I was looking for in my new Cruze and that fit under my budget! Thank you, Mike, Rob, and Mayse! More
