We were looking for a low miles specific vehicle with specific accessories/trim, Mike let his buyer know what we were looking for and kept us apprised when new stock arrived. He had several available for us to choose from to make it worth our drive. Mike was honest, fair, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the right vehicle at the right price. There were a couple of issues we noticed even the day after we got it home that they were willing to resolve for us on our used vehicle. Overall great car buying experience. He called as soon as they had a 2014 Impala program car come in. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answer all of our questions as we looked at different models and years. They did what they said they would do. Mike made the car buying experience as fun and painless as could be expected. This one makes the 5th vehicle we purchased from Mayse and have been please with them and the buying experience every time. Before we purchased the last one, we shopped at our local Chevrolet dealer. He's able to show all the features and answer just about anything you ask. He makes sure your vehicle has everything in it that's it supposed to have! The finance department doesn't try to up sell all kinds of junk you don't need. They go over everything so you can make informed, intelligent choices. Post Sale you even get a couple of calls to make sure you are happy with your purchase and if there is anything they can do, I can't imagine getting a car anywhere else!. Our First 'New' Car Purchase After researching for months on which vehicle would be the best suit for our family, we finally decided on the Yukon GMC. Now, with all of the color options out there with the interior colors, we had some more decisions to make. We have never had the pleasure of buying a brand new vehicle before now, but after saving we were finally at a place in our lives to have that option. Kelby Parks with Mayse made our visit less stressful than any other dealership in the area by far. We have driven miles and miles to find our dream car and visited large and small dealerships in the surrounding area, but somehow felt more comfortable and relaxed at Mayse than any other dealership we visited.
