GOOD SERVICE I had been having trouble with my jeep since I bought it. I dropped the jeep off, they fixed it and I was offered a loaner. Little Disappointed When purchasing our car December 2016 we received 4 free-service coupons. We put minimal miles on this car but were told by a person in service that When purchasing our car December 2016 we received 4 free-service coupons. We put minimal miles on this car but were told by a person in service that there was no time limit on the coupons and we would be OK if we had service done at least once a year. This time I was charged $24.99 for tire rotation. Previously I was not charged anything for tire rotation. Maybe they just forgot to charge me previously but my local shop charges $10 and I didn't buy the car from them. I didn't argue about the charge but just paid it and left. Within a mile of two I noticed the ride was not anything like it had been before, very rough with a lot of road noise. I checked the on-board computer for tire pressure and was amazed. The pressure was different in each tire and varied from 38-41 psi. The GM recommended pressure for the 2016 Impala LTZ is 33 psi per tire. What the heck! I drove 55 miles each way for this "free" service but don't feel it was worth the time and money spent. In the future I'll spend the money locally and save the time. I will add though that everyone I've dealt with at the dealership has always been friendly and professional so I certainly have no complaints in that respect. More
