Having already price checked and visited other locations we learned of the lease deal going on with Subaru. The price was substantially lower than what we'd been able to source, and a new vehicle with all the safety and technical features was a great leap forward from a used vehicle with only some of the features. The response to our inquiry was quick. The price estimate/quote over the phone was within $5 of the final price, and the vehicle provided was exactly what was stated and what we were looking for. All in all, we are very pleased with the experience. More

This is the worst auto dealership I have ever dealt with in my life -- and I have dealt with at least 10 different dealerships over the years. In the course of 3 months or trying to work out a problem with in my life -- and I have dealt with at least 10 different dealerships over the years. In the course of 3 months or trying to work out a problem with them, I have called at least 10 times, talked with a total of 4 different people -- and not once, not once, have they ever done what they promised they would do. Not once has one person ever called me back with an answer -- as they promised to do every single time. This has gone all the way to the top -- to the owner. This all started with false information I was given when I bought a service contract with them. It has taken me almost 4 months to work it out, and I still have not received the refund I was promised 4 months ago. This is the most slipshod, dishonest dealership I have ever bought from. I guarantee you that the small amount of money I saved is not worth the headache of trying to get them to tell the truth and do the right thing. I urge you -- SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
