Alex McDuffie has been the service advisor for me the last three times that I’ve had my truck in for service over the last year or so. Each time that I’ve dealt with him he has done a wonderful job the last three times that I’ve had my truck in for service over the last year or so. Each time that I’ve dealt with him he has done a wonderful job of keeping me informed of the status of the service work. He has either called or texted me with updates through all phases: diagnosis of problems, seeking approval of suggested repairs, and updates on progress of the repairs and their completion. As part of their process I have also been sent links to videos from the technicians that show their walkthrough of both normal oil change, tire wear, fluid level inspections but also their findings of major repairs as well. Alex has sent me links to a website that allows me to select and choose from not only the major repairs but recommended service items based on age/mileage of my truck so that I know exactly how much I’ll be paying for each service visit. I have been dealing with the same dealership since the mid 80s when they were McMorris Ford in downtown Austin. I continued to deal with them after they moved to the Motor Mile. I’ve trusted them with service work on 7 different Ford vehicles over the years - five of which I bought from them. More
