The sales team was great, but if you ever need to call them after your purchase, expect to never receive a call back. I called them about 6-7 times in a 2 week period and left voicemails with pretty much them after your purchase, expect to never receive a call back. Never once had a manager answer the phone nor did they ever return a call! Amazing customer service right?!? Just be prepared to never have anyone reach back out to you unless you go in to the business in person!! I found an F150 online at this dealership and asked if it was still available. Eddie contacted me by text, email and a phone call letting me know it was available and he pulled the keys until I arrived. it was still available. My Service Advisor saved the day and personally drove the 5 star rating. She did a great job, keeping me informed, was ready to offer options as needed if it was going to be an extended service appointment, 5 star rating. After a shaky start which proved your call center was clueless, she was able to pick up the pieces and build trust that you would be able to service my truck. Your call center is beyond clueless. After explaining I had a message saying to check the charging system the person asked if express would be able to check that. I asked her how I would know that so she put me on hold came back and said they couldn’t. She literally asked me multiple times which service agent I would like and I repeatedly told her I had never been there before. If not for Jackie, I would not return to Maxwell , but Jackie made me a satisfied customer. More
