They don’t properly check the trucks they certify, Megan failed to do the process properly. They can’t keep track and called us saying the truck was lost only for us to have to find it ourselves in plain si failed to do the process properly. They can’t keep track and called us saying the truck was lost only for us to have to find it ourselves in plain sight at the lot. They have delayed and failed to provide a proper rental for the many times the truck has failed already. They want to blame the battery even though it’s been replaced by a completely new one. They don’t have technicians to check the battery there and expect us to wait or do it ourselves. We bought all the warranties to avoid these issues and they won’t even properly cover the rental. Aside from their lack efficiency they are costing us money that we need to pay out of pocket for the rental and all of our work that has been delayed due to this unreliable truck and service. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Forgot to mention the “lost truck” was actually FOR SALE on their lot. More
