Went in for recall and test drive to recreate an issue I’m having with ford bronco sport. I had been to the dealership at least twice for the same thing and no one was able to recreate the issue. Zac was I’m having with ford bronco sport. I had been to the dealership at least twice for the same thing and no one was able to recreate the issue. Zac was very observant and analytical when test driving to figure out what was going on. Very well informed and gave me additional information about the car. Really felt like he was actually tying to help me resolve my issue instead of gaslighting and telling me my car was fine. Taking back my car for a diagnostic and hopefully can fix the issue quickly!
