This is the 3rd I’ve been here and yesterday was definitely an experience. It was busy and I came straight from work to my appointment. I had been at work since 4am til 1pm and at my service from 1: definitely an experience. It was busy and I came straight from work to my appointment. I had been at work since 4am til 1pm and at my service from 1:30pm til close (6pm). I went in for an oil change and a coolant flush. Nico was great but I was unable to speak with him after he had told me it would take 1.5hrs and I would be out. He was one of maybe 4-5 service representatives yet the only one answering phones and definitely checked in a lot of the customers. I had plans I had to cancel and push back because I thought for sure I would be out earlier than 3;30pm but I was wrong. I saw all the customers from before and after I got there leave and I was literally the last person to leave. I know it wasn’t Nico’s fault at all in fact he apologized constantly, and as manager myself I was very disappointed that all they gave me was $46 dollars off my services. I am not one to complain or make a scene and I’m pretty understanding but the experience was horrible and I do feel like a manager should’ve came and explained why it took so long for my services and offered something else for the inconvenience. I really hope nobody has to experience what I did yesterday when they have services done here. More
Kameron was great and kept me up to date on my vehicle. I have to have an another service done to my vehicle and instead of leaving there Kameron set me up to bring it back another day that way it not sitt I have to have an another service done to my vehicle and instead of leaving there Kameron set me up to bring it back another day that way it not sitting longer than needed at the dealership.
