I took my truck to Maxwell for oil service and a tire rotation. The employees met me with courtesy and attention. I was told it take 1-1/2 to 2 hours to complete. It did. The service was as promise rotation. The employees met me with courtesy and attention. I was told it take 1-1/2 to 2 hours to complete. It did. The service was as promised and great. However the only negative note is that it doesn’t seem that the exterior was protected from dirty hands. I had to wipe the hand marks off. I would still like to use Maxwelll for service. More

Greeted on arrival before having vehicle taken in by service advisor; Lynne Thurmond. We reviewed the vehicle services to be accomplished. In addition, I was informed that a multipoint vehicle inspection would also be performed. Truly professional! Ms. Thurmond kept me updated/informed on the services being conducted and the approximate completion time. Vehicle service, inspection, wash/clean, and invoiced ahead, well ahead of projected time. Without a doubt, truly an 'Awesome' vehicle service experience. Everything was accomplished timely and professionally. Hats off and praise to the entire service team, especially Ms. Lynne Thurmond. Ms. Thurmond is a 'Consummate Professional' assuring all vehicle requirements are accomplished to assure great customer satisfaction. I am well please and will 'be back'. Thanks For Everything!!
