Ed, Thank you for your purchase. I am sorry for some of the issues that you have had with the speaker on the car. However we try and Blue certify as many cars as possible so you do have some recourse to get things fixed that may come up over the first 90 days of ownership, (most dealers do not even do this, and once you purchase a car at another lot they are "As Is"). This warranty is good at any franchised dealer as it is a Ford-backed premium care warranty. When it is an off-brand vehicle, under the CPO program we do sometimes refer the customer to the OEM dealer especially if it involves electronics, since sometimes they have proprietary software or diagnostics tools to solve the issue. I cannot speak for other dealerships but we do not charge diag fees when work is performed (so you might ask the Toyota dealer about that). Unfortunately, to properly get some of the issues resolved you may have to leave your vehicle at the dealer, (which is a part of car ownership). If we can help you further, please let us know.
