Dishonest and far from being transparent. I will never use this dealership again. "Promised" things they never delivered on. Troy is the example of a "car salesman". I left the dealership and I will never use this dealership again. "Promised" things they never delivered on. Troy is the example of a "car salesman". I left the dealership and felt immediately as though I got taken advantage of. Buyer beware....you have been warned. More
I took 2023 Bronco Sport for recall item relating to the battery and autostart. After the recall was performed I had an issue with the software update that made it difficult to access entertainment center a battery and autostart. After the recall was performed I had an issue with the software update that made it difficult to access entertainment center and back-up camera. I took the car back in the midst of the cyber attack drama a few weeks ago. The service Adviser Megan worked me in very quickly saying the shop foreman was eager to try out a fix for this. They were very helpful and Megan was able to help with I-phone settings to allow Apple Carplay to work. More
I purchased a used Toyota Camry from Rudy at this dealership. He used the 139 point Maxwell Ford Blue Advantage 90-day 4,000 mile warranty as a big selling point. On the day of purchase Rudy gave us dealership. He used the 139 point Maxwell Ford Blue Advantage 90-day 4,000 mile warranty as a big selling point. On the day of purchase Rudy gave us a temporary plate that expired in 10 days and they did not perform a state vehicle inspection. Within a week he was desperately asking me to return for the new 6-week temporary plate he failed to give me initially. I returned to the dealership a second time, waited for about half an hour and he did nothing to my car. I returned a third time and he gave me a new temporary plate but no vehicle inspection. Additionally, following an entire day at the dealership, the finance officer Diego pushed an additional extended $$$$ warranty as well as a $499 vehicle tracker we did not approve or request. We had to force them to remove the device before we signed for purchase. Diego was aggressive, persistent, and used a condescending tone when I declined the extended warranty. Within 2 days after my purchase I realized the rear speakers were not working. When I called the dealership to request service for the speakers they deferred to the Toyota dealership. Keep in mind, the Maxwell Ford Blue Advantage covers all functional parts of the vehicle. The Maxwell Ford representative claimed they cannot work on the car stereo system because they are “Toyota” parts. The speaker system is JBL, not specific to Toyota. When I took my car to the Toyota dealership they planned to charge me $149 diagnostic fee for determining the issue. When I presented the dealer warranty the service rep said the third party company may not agree to cover diagnosis, parts and repair and I would be responsible for this fee. He also said Maxwell Ford was just “blowing me off.” When I returned to the dealership they were unhelpful and uncooperative claiming they cannot give me a service appointment but I can leave my car until they have a chance to look at it. This may take days to arrive at a diagnosis. However, this is my sole mode of transportation. I am frustrated with all the nonsense. I guess their 139 point check did not include the sound system of my car. I am now 3 weeks after purchase and I still cannot get my stereo fixed without leaving my car at the service department for an indefinite amount of time just to be diagnosed. I am sure they are hoping their BLUE ADVANTAGE expires before they repair my issues. How unethical and unprofessional! I can only imagine how difficult it would be to service a more serious mechanical issue! I am so relieved I did not purchase their expensive extended dealer warranty with this level of service! Good luck to you if you did! More

Where do I start. .. Do not buy from them- if you must then at least pay money to have things inspected because they are dishonest! Here is my review: I get to my tr .. Do not buy from them- if you must then at least pay money to have things inspected because they are dishonest! Here is my review: I get to my truck on pick up day and it has paint damage in multiple places on the drivers side door and driver side passenger door- the damage was clearly done within the 24-48 hours we waited to pick it up... you could tell bc under it, it was perfectly white and zero rust. AND for the obvious reason.... It wasn't there before when I looked at it! The manager tried to tell me it was already there... coming from someone that owns a 911 for over 10 years and a nice Mercedes... I pay attention to this stuff and don't appreciate being told it was there when it clearly was not. I always notice the dings and scratches. I showed him existing damage that was already turning darker or rusted vs the brand new damage... he continued to insult my intelligence and denied. Then told me he could seal it so it doesn't rust but will not paint it. We trusted this dealership to do a good job and with this purchase that they said was in great condition. We didn't go to a random car dealer bc we thought we'd be safe with a well known big dealer... Not only this, but I saw hail damage on it when I picked it up... was told it's in great condition but zero disclosure of hail damage (didn't think to look for that when it was a "reputable dealership" and it was raining so hard to see that anyway). What dealership sells a truck with hail damage? I'm convinced that happened in the days it sat there before we picked it up, but there is a chance it was already there and the rain hid it when I looked at it, so as painful as it is I didn't complain as much about that bc I don't have proof. However, the new damage was so clear and even in rain you could have seen paint damage like that (especially being on the drivers side) and the new large scratch on the door... it was NOT THERE FOR SURE. I feel taken advantage of. If I try to sell the car right after leaving the dealership I would have already lost thousands on it bc of the undisclosed hail damage and the new paint damage on the two doors.... They charged me like it was a truck in great shape. Notice the other items that the truck had like the double sided taped headliner... found that out on a hot day... which is almost every day in austin so not like they didn't already know it was like that. Before agreeing to purchase I had an agreement with Eric on what needed to be done to it before pick up and he won't give me proof of it having been done. Tired of waiting around for that... i've asked more times than i can count, in text, for the documentation but he refuses to send it. He asked me two days ago- two weeks after we left with the truck, for the insurance info which he never asked for before and i got it to him within 24 hours. Bc I knew he was going to get in trouble with his job for never having asked for that and we had a car loan.... I have not even showed the interior of the car yet or talked about that... the dash was broken at pick up. i have a video and pictures of all of this the day we picked it up before leaving the lot with it... i plan on uploading those as well. He literally signed a paper before we finalized the purchase agreeing to have specific things done to the truck and refuses to show proof that any of it was done. Oh and the service... Eric is not professional at all. He left the day we were purchasing it without word and stopped answering for the day around noon delaying things for us. Do not buy your truck from these people. They are crooked and run their business like a used car dealership. More
