Dana, As we discussed on our Service Drive we did repair the water leak present on your vehicle and replaced the carpet on the right front floorboard per Ford’s warranty guidelines. If you still feel there is a mold issue please open a consumer affairs case with Ford like we discussed and let me know your case number so we can try and help expedite the warranty approval process with Ford.
