I love the Service Dept here. I’ve been taking my truck here for a couple years because I’m always in and out relatively fast for oil changes or I can take a shuttle from the Deal I’ve been taking my truck here for a couple years because I’m always in and out relatively fast for oil changes or I can take a shuttle from the Dealership home if it’s in med of a good service. Jackie has been my Service Advisor and she’s been a blessing with my Raptor which has its issues now and again. I was surprised how inexpensive oil changes are here so I’ve just chosen not to DIY them like most owners I know do. More
I brought my vehicle in to Maxwell Ford service. My service advisor was Cindy . She was very professional. She kept me in the loop regarding my vehicle. I came in for for oil change but, since this My service advisor was Cindy . She was very professional. She kept me in the loop regarding my vehicle. I came in for for oil change but, since this was my first maintenance being done since I bought the vehicle back in June. I was advised that other things needed to be done to bring maintenance current. After being advised of this . I gave approval. I was very satisfied with the additional service and now my jeep is running much smoother. Thank you Cindy. More
Took truck in for oil change, had all recommended services performed including all the extras recommended by the dealer including fuel filters, fuel system valve flush and cleaning, engine and cabin services performed including all the extras recommended by the dealer including fuel filters, fuel system valve flush and cleaning, engine and cabin filter and brake fluid flush. Upon accelerating while driving off the lot, vehicle immediately transitions to reduced power mode and check engine light comes one. Pull back into dealer, told they will look at it after lunch. 3 days later I’ve not had one update, I have called the service advisor multiple times and keep being told “he’ll send a message to check on it”…no updates, no progress and no communication….terrible. Go to the Coverts where they care about customers. More
