My vehicle emissions inspection failed because of my OBD Port. My dealer wanted to keep my car for 48 hrs to check the problem. I called Maxwell Ford and they got me in the next day and said it would be 4-5 Port. My dealer wanted to keep my car for 48 hrs to check the problem. I called Maxwell Ford and they got me in the next day and said it would be 4-5 hrs. They also found a problem with my alignment, which could cause problems in the future. It was finished when they said it would be and their customer service is excellent. My 2020 Escape Titanium is now out of dealer warranty so I will be calling Maxwell Ford for repairs moving forward! Thank you to everyone who helped me today! More
