My Service Advisor saved the day and personally drove the 5 star rating. After a shaky start which proved your call center was clueless, she was able to pick up the pieces and build trust that you would be able to service my truck. Your call center is beyond clueless. After explaining I had a message saying to check the charging system the person asked if express would be able to check that. I asked her how I would know that so she put me on hold came back and said they couldn’t. She literally asked me multiple times which service agent I would like and I repeatedly told her I had never been there before. If not for Jackie, I would not return to Maxwell , but Jackie made me a satisfied customer. More

The dealership worked hard to meet my demands on the price. I knew what I wanted for my trade and what I was willing to Pay for the truck.
