For a car manufacturer about to take on a 25% tax for the EV I'm trying to sell (yeah, they're EVs are not made stateside), you'd think they'd be willing to match the bottom trade-in price suggested by KBB. No! They low balled the offer by 3,000 dollars! I'm aware I'm trying to break a lease but I'm moving to a location that requires an AWD car to get up my own driveway! I know I'm going to have to pay to get out of my lease but what they want me to pay is highway robbery! I'm no longer a Maxwell customer, maybe Covert Ford can help me out? More

I took my Raptor here for an oil change and tire rotation as I usually do. The cost is never what the emails advertise, but that's just a minor annoyance. I drove my truck home afterward - 25 miles - and had noticed a leak. I wondered how the mechanic didn't notice it. You can smell a coolant leak before you see it. In the process of diagnosing the leak originated from the water pump, I noticed that the oil filter had baked on grime. I have a pic, but can't post it here so I'll post a Google review with the pic so you all can judge for yourselves. No way, IMHO, that pic shows a new filter with 25 miles on it. Confirm your service was done before you leave this dealer! More
