Our Ford Explorer had to be repaired for a second time. The warranty for the sunroof that was repaired in 2023 was not honored. Our car was kept almost 3 weeks. We had to rent a car and that too turned out The warranty for the sunroof that was repaired in 2023 was not honored. Our car was kept almost 3 weeks. We had to rent a car and that too turned out to be a bad experience. We also took it in for a recall and were not told until it was taken in, that the part wasn’t available. We had to pay for an Uber to go pick up the rental car. We did not receive updates unless we initiated it. We are very unhappy with the service department of Maxwell Ford. We originally bought this car from Maxwell Ford. We no longer trust service to be done on our Ford Explorer at Maxwell Ford. More
