We brought you truck in twice for repairs. The first even though there were over 70 codes on the app they say they couldn’t repeat the codes while driving. It set codes every time I drove it. But the next we brought it in with the codes on the dash. They tested and got the codes. Then scheduled for us to bring it back. When my wife brought it back the guy who helped us wasn’t there and didn’t put any information in the computer so no one know we were even supposed to be there. They no idea that we had even brought it in and had the codes ran. They were supposed to have a retail car set up and didn’t. My wife drove almost an hour to have to turn around and come back. 15 minutes after she left they tried calling me in what seamed like an attempt to get my wife in trouble for being mad and leaving and telling me to have her turn around that the guy would hopefully be back the next day and could take care of it then. Well I’m paying the insurance on the rental car which is $40 a day for my truck to sit there and wait for someone to come back who knows what is going on? I don’t think so. Then the guy calls me two days later and apologizes and tells me to bring it in first thing Monday morning at 8:00. So we show up at 8:00 Monday and he tells me that I wasn’t supposed to be there that he told me he would call me when the rental car place had a car ready for me. Well first of all that never happened we both agreed on bringing it in at 8:00 on Monday morning. And needless to say that kinda pissed me off. Then we wait over an hour to be taken to the rental car company who still doesn’t have a vehicle ready and have to wait longer. Now so far it seams that the reprogramming they did has helped but why did we have to go through all the other xx to get service? And had to pay for a rental car for a week the first time and six days the second time. Oh and the first time they had us bring it in my truck sat for four or fives days before they even began to look at it. More
