My transmission pathos I've been having problems with my trans for over a year. Unfortunately there were no codes that were found and every time I took it in I was not able I've been having problems with my trans for over a year. Unfortunately there were no codes that were found and every time I took it in I was not able to replicate the problem. That was also true with my visit yesterday. The team (especially Roberto) were extremely cordial and did everything to find the problem. When all diagnostics came up empty they send me on my way but there was NO CHARGE for their analysis. The next day (today) the trans started up and I took it directly to Maxon. Roberto hooked me up with Isaiah (the trans tech) and we went for a ride. I was able to demonstrate the extreme bang shifting from 2 to 3 gear,. Isaiah who worked on the car yesterday could not believe the bang shifting since he test drove the car yesterday. I told him it was hit or miss. Some days no problems.. Anyway we went back to the shop and the team is ordering me a trans replacement. The Maxon team is top notch. I would definitely recommend Maxon to friends etc. I was grateful that the team didn't think I was nuts because for over a year I could not replicate the problem until today. Waiting now for a trans replacement. I love my Genesis and will love it more when the trans gets fixed. Robero thanks for believing me. You're a class act. More

Horrible I recently took my car for a transmission flush and spark plugs i then had to go back because my car smelled like gas which ended up being a gasoline I recently took my car for a transmission flush and spark plugs i then had to go back because my car smelled like gas which ended up being a gasoline leak my car did not smell like gas when i took it to the dealer and when i picked up the car it smell like gas and just thought it smell like that cuz person working on the car smelled like that and left the smell there I went to work after picking up the car took it back 2 days later cuz i wasn't using the car on my days off of work once i use the car again it still smelled like gas rushed over to dealer to ask why it smelled like gas guy helping me John diaz told me i had a leak in a gas fuel line under my hood next to were my spark plus were and they suppose to check and tell me if anything else is wrong which he told me i needed brakes so why didn't they catch that leak then they were then trying to charge me over $600 to fix it when it wasn't leaking when i drooped off the car for the flush once i refused their service they then said they would do it for $350. So because i got mad they dropped the price more then half its crazy how they charge so much and then just drop it just trying to take my money from the start because they must have thought i was stupid. I already paid 415 for the flush and spark plugs. So I ended up leaving because they wanted to say i had done this which was impossible. I would NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. More
