One star seems to be fair for how I feel about Maxon sales team. I purchased a used vehicle from them a couple of months ago and honestly the sticker price was fair. Upon the paperwork I was told there sales team. I purchased a used vehicle from them a couple of months ago and honestly the sticker price was fair. Upon the paperwork I was told there was a $2500 fee that they charge to go over the vehicle to do any service that may need to be done. Okay great I thought. Well now I’m realizing zero work was done to my vehicle and they hit me with $2500 for nothing. The oil level was low, the brakes are factory from the assembly line and the tires are almost shot. Just another sleezy car dealers way to make money. Anyways once in the finance office I was told to put “gap” insurance I had to purchase the extended warranty which I did not want but I did want the gap. After getting home I realized they were issued by different companies and this $3000 warranty was not needed for gap. I then called maxon to cancel the extended warranty which took maybe 15 phone calls over two weeks and me lying about why I was calling to get someone on the phone. I was told I needed to type a letter and email to two people in their office which I did March 12. I also requested a confirmation that the warranty was canceled effectively that date. Now May 4th two months later, I try calling and get transferred to lines that just ring and ring or they tell me nobody is in the office to help me. I’m beyond disappointed with the amount of time and energy it’s taken me to cancel a warranty which could have been settled in 15 minutes tops. Will never ever step foot in that property again. More

"No issues" I bought the car and did not complain about it. A year later I figured I could finance the same car for 2.8% from other credit union banks for my credit score so I changed my lease. Now I'm trying to cancel my GAP insurance and nobody answers my call or returns the call. Feels like the money I paid for GAP insurance went down the drain. Please pay $1000 more and buy from a different dealer but think 5 times before you purchase car from here. More

And my service advisor Adam Piotrowicz was very friendly and professional. When he called me with the status of my car, he explained everything thoroughly without any pressure. I will return and use this Mazda dealer for all my car needs. More
DO NOT PURCHASE/LEASE from UNION MAXON/MAZDA First of all, I actually left the dealership after having made a 5:30 appointment to purchase the car I had seen there previously. The salesperson was no where to be found & nobody came over to offer to help. (After I left & told the receptionist why, they immediately called me but I wasn't in any mood to go back at that point). I should have realized what I was dealing with & gone elsewhere! I called back a week later & made another appointment. I was told when I went there that the car I had seen was sold, but that they had it in three other colors. I assumed it was the same package & the salesperson didn't advise me otherwise. A few days after I leased it, I realized it wasn't the same package. It was a lesser model, that I had leased for the same price. I should have been told it wasn't the same model. When I questioned it afterwards, the salesperson said he didn't set prices, just sold the cars, the finance person said he just dealt with the money & the person who apparently prices the cars (who I had not seen previously) said there was a special on the car I had originally requested (which was worth substantially more). I can't even say anyone apologized! So I am paying more for a car that doesn't have the features I was expecting/wanted. Fortunately, I leased it so I only need to deal with it for three years. Needless to say, I will never purchase or lease from Maxon again & will inform all of my friends/associates of the extremely poor experience. NOBODY TAKES RESPONSIBILITY THERE. More
