Found the most beautiful car! I found the car that I wanted on Carfax and called bright and early Monday morning to see if the vehicle was still available and it was. I talked to T I found the car that I wanted on Carfax and called bright and early Monday morning to see if the vehicle was still available and it was. I talked to Teddy Santoso and asked him not to let anyone else touch or even look at it! lol He said he wouldn't and when I got there Teddy quickly showed me to the car, got me the keys and let me take it out for a test drive and to get an inspection wow we kept in contact via text. He was the sweetest and it was actually his birthday that day. When I got back we went inside talked about price he talked to his manager and I got a little taken off because it needed new tires, I wrote a check and Wallah it was mine! I love love love it and Teddy could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a very pleasant transaction I would recommend the dealership. More

Horrible I have had my car 5 months and there has been nothing but problems. Do not trust their alleged inspection and when you bring it back to them don't acc I have had my car 5 months and there has been nothing but problems. Do not trust their alleged inspection and when you bring it back to them don't accept their offer to fix it at a discount because you can't prove that it was that way when you bought it. I spent $10,000 in repairs to the vehicle I purchased. More

I went in not really thinking that I would actually be buying my 2014 Ford Edge but Josh made sure it was what I wanted and that I was 100% happy with the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership made us feel like we were the only customers in the building and Josh didn't keep walking away to work with another customer...or if he did, it didn't seem like it! He listened to our concerns, worked with us on the financing and I drove off a very happy gal! John in finance was great as well. We never felt pressured....NEVER!
