This dealership tried to blame me for the problem…luckily, I was able to finally get rid it and went to Enterprise. Enterprise took wonderful care of me, helped me get out of the BMW and into a Nissan Maxima with warranties…which Maximum Auto Outlet does not provide. I recommend Enterprise Auto Sales on Rt 1. They have used vehicles for decent prices and they’ll work with you to get you into a reliable vehicle! More

Scammers! This is the worst place to buy a car!!! I called this dealership to confirm they had the type of car I was looking for and they indeed confirmed. When I arrived I waited 30 min for service. I called this dealership to confirm they had the type of car I was looking for and they indeed confirmed. When I arrived I waited 30 min for service. I knew exactly what I wanted so my selection and test drive was quickly. I told the salesman I found the car that I was interested in buying and wanted to move for the car price sticker was advertised for $12,995! I was a cash buyer! When I arrived inside they 1st stated they couldn’t find the car in their inventory and then they said the price in incorrect they now want to charge $14,995! This was the dealerships fault and they refused to accept the mixup and were unapologetic about their inconvenience. I also felt they were racist in their attitude towards my family. I would never recommend anyone to waist their time here! Take your money elsewhere where it would be appreciated! More
WARNING: stay away from this dealership, wait to you read about my crazy experience with this dealership. I was looking for a BMW M5 F10 (2012-2016) car with a 6 speed manual transmission, the last style bef about my crazy experience with this dealership. I was looking for a BMW M5 F10 (2012-2016) car with a 6 speed manual transmission, the last style before BMW eliminated the 6-speed manual from the M5 lineup. They are very rare, I was looking for two years for this type of car. When I found one near me (less than 2 hours driving time), I contacted the dealer listing the car in Dec 2020. The dealership, Maximum Auto Outlet in Manassas Park, VA offered the car. I drove 1 1/2 hr to the dealership. The car looked really good, they let me drive the car, they provided what appeared to be a really good buying experience. They provided me with a CarFax that said there were no reported accidents with this car. However, this car being rare, I overpaid the Nadaguide value of the car by $8000 to get the 6-speed manual transmission. While the price was very high, I felt that the car was worth it to me, no accidents, mileage not too high. I had a little pressure from them to buy it that day, (another buyer is ready to go now if you don't buy it), I put the deposit down and scheduled the following week to pick up the car. Everything looked good at the time I picked up the car. THEN THE PROBLEMS STARTED the following week, not a mechanical problem that the dealer can wash their hands from but an unexpected issue. Glass starts falling inside my trunk within the first week of ownership, very weird, never had that happen before. I cleaned it up, next week again, little pieces of broken glass, again. After a few weeks of this it still did not stop. I sent a message to the salesperson who sold me the car, they said they would talk to management, no further response, I contacted again, no response, I took pictures, sent them to the dealership, no response. Glass still kept falling into my trunk, into my items in the trunk. This has kept happening through July of this year 2021, if I don't clean it up every other day it keeps accumulating. I had a small incident with a deer in July 2021 and took the car to a BMW body shop, when they did the estimate, I mentioned the experience about the glass. The experts at the BMW certified body shop were quick to point out that the glass had been replaced with non-BMW parts and with bad fitting, wrong moulding. They also pointed out multiple body repairs not disclosed by the dealership. I was not happy, I contacted the salesperson again, then asked for compensation to replace the incorrectly installed glass, and to clean up the broken glass that was still falling in the trunk of the car. They refused, this problem happened on their watch, they either replaced the glass with a badly installed cheap replacement or knew about the falling glass, the dealership could not have had a car for a few months and not see the falling glass. They also failed to disclose the glass and other body shop repaired damage (4 places, front two places, rear side and rear window), they were deceptive, they are the experts, they have hundreds of cars on their lot, they knew what they had and failed to disclose all the known defects. This is a deceptive dealership and you should stay away. They hide behind the CarFax by doing the repairs themselves and then not reporting the repairs. Reviews are the only way to get their attention, besides lawsuits, the BBB won't do anything if the car is not new, so we the consumer are stuck and get ripped off by these unscrupulous dealerships. BUYER BEWARE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE My 19 year old son purchased a car from Maximum to only get the car home the same evening to discover the car has no high beam lights. The reason for My 19 year old son purchased a car from Maximum to only get the car home the same evening to discover the car has no high beam lights. The reason for this is because there were no bulbs, or housing for where the bulbs go, therefore it could not even pass state inspection. The car also had, no heat, an oil leak, no under skirting under the fender wheel area because it had broke and was dragging the ground the same day as purchase. This car clearly had not been checked out by the employees of this operation. Trying to get the repairs made to the car by the dealer was a complete nightmare the management team is dishonest, rude, & very unprofessional. The management claimed repairs were made but they all were not. Also a big one the dealer never filed the paperwork with the VA DMV & registered the car to my son or applied for his permanent license plates that we discovered by going to the DMV & contacting the Motor Vehicle Board In Richmond Va. (However after not returning 7 of our phone calls in regards to where our permanent plates for the car was because our 30 day tags expired the dealer lied once again & claimed they were delivered to us. FUNNY THING CONSIDERING NO PAPERWORK WAS FILED WITH THE VA DMV) Also if you look at the Better Business Bureau page you will see that Maximum Auto Outlets accreditation was revoked for failure to address customer complaints on numerous occasions. High Quantity, Low Quality. Dishonest Dealer It's no wonder their Better Business Bureau accreditation has been revoked for failure to address marketplace disputes quickly, professionally, and in It's no wonder their Better Business Bureau accreditation has been revoked for failure to address marketplace disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith. I was working with Pedro, the salesman, on a Toyota Tacoma. Based on the photos, videos and multiple conversations with him, I was led to believe this vehicle was in very good condition and that there were no major issues. Not once did their manager, salesman, or ad online disclose any issues with the vehicle. I explained to him that I was coming out of state and really needed him to be honest with me about the trucks overall condition, which he assured me that there were no major issues to be concerned of and that it was a "good to go" truck. So I made the flight up from Kansas City to pick up the truck. Upon arriving I found out that the truck had significant damage that was not reported but VERY apparent to the naked eye. As you can see from the attached photos, the entire roof of the truck was dented and scratched in multiple areas and extended to the A-pillars which comprises the integrity of the truck. I pointed this out to Pedro, who then directed me to Stephen Samoy, their sales manager. Stephen offered no explanation or justification for this gross misrepresentation of the vehicle that they listed for sale. They were unapologetic nor did they even offer me a ride back to the airport to fly home the same day. I spent $800 in travel due to their negligence. I requested for a refund of my deposit and travel and was denied a refund of any kind by the general manager and Stephen. I would be cautious with doing ANY business with this dealership. Either they didn't catch these significant and apparent issues during their inspection, which speaks to their quality of inspections and vehicles that they carry OR they caught the issues and chose to be dishonest and not disclaim the problems with the truck. They are dishonest and do not stand by their product. More
