What started out as a pleasant experience when they price they agreed to match on tires suddenly couldn't be matched anymore. When pushed and questioned, their solution was to offer "free" service work. I would strongly discourage using this dealership for anything. I know I will never be back and will look for every opportunity to make sure the public hears ow they do business. More
We called on a used truck. We live about 59 miles away but the price seemed good and the truck looked good. We made an appointment over the Internet with their Internet sales rep. The next day they call but the price seemed good and the truck looked good. We made an appointment over the Internet with their Internet sales rep. The next day they called us three times to make sure we were coming (so yes they had our phone number). When I got off work we drove to their dealership. After getting there (An 1.5 hour drive) the salesman we were supposed to meet wasn't there. Another salesman then told us that they had sold the truck to "wholesale" an hour earlier. Before they could start to offer us another truck (I suspect that was the plan) we told them "see ya" and left. The sales manager didn't even have the guts to tell us himself. The next day the sales man we were supposed to meet called us back and ask us why we didn’t make our appointment. My wife told the salesman that we had been there and that they had sold the truck to wholesale knowing we were coming and didn’t even bother to tell us it was gone. The salesman then had the audacity to ask us if there was anything else on their lot we would be interested in! My wife told him we had no interest in ever doing business with them again. Either they are very incompetent or very crooked, either way avoid a hassle and go somewhere else. More
After searching online via many websites & dealerships, we found the vehicle that we felt would meet our needs at Maxie Price. We made an appointment to go in and meet with a salesman and see dealerships, we found the vehicle that we felt would meet our needs at Maxie Price. We made an appointment to go in and meet with a salesman and see the vehicle. We came in for the appointment on monday night. After hitting a bump in the road with the vehicle I was trading in, Tucker informed me that the bankers had went home for the evening and that he would call me back the next day by 12:30 and I could come back in and sign the paperwork. We signed a loaner agreement and went home with the new vehcile that night. 12:30 came & passed on Tuesday. I called later in the day on Tuesday and left a message for Tucker. Tucker called me back later that day and come to find out he was off on Tuesday and Wednesday. He told me he had called the office and that they were working with the bank to get me the best rate possible. He called me at 3:00 on Wednesday (again from home) and said the same thing. We were trying to figure out what was holding the deal up, so we called and asked to speak to the sales manager. The sales manager looked at our file and informed us that our file had not been looked at since we left Monday night. The only redeeming value to this dealership is the finance employee Dean. Dean stepped in and really listened to us and helped us finish the deal through. Dean was relateable and courteous. We were lied to a couple of times. I do not like being lied to. If they would have just told me the truth, I could have delt with it. I really wish I would have read the online reviews first! More

I worked with him the first week and Warren beginning on the second week. They are extremely rude, uncaring and unconcerned. I have never met a car salesman not so eager to make money. I will never go back. More

I purchased a 2011 corvette from Maxi Price. It was delivered to MT on 12/22/10. When it showed up it didn't have the fender hash stripes on it so I called Maxi right away and Matt told me he didn't kn delivered to MT on 12/22/10. When it showed up it didn't have the fender hash stripes on it so I called Maxi right away and Matt told me he didn't know anything about the strips but that they would take care of it. I waited about 2 weeks and hadn't heard back from anybody so I called again this time asking for the new car manager. That's when I was put in contact with Keith. Keith told me that it would be taken care of. They would mail the stripes to me and then I could go to the local dealer have them installed and to have the local dealership call Maxi and talk to Keith and it would all be taken care of. As of today 1/23/11 nothing has come in the mail and nobody will ever call me back. They have on their website a contact us spot that says someone will contact you in 1-2 business days. I have contacted them on that about a half dozen times and like I said they never get back to you. More
I feel they were very dishonest and very unethical. They sell you unneeded warranties and then when you try to cancel you cant get anyone to help you. I had to call general motors directly to get anything d sell you unneeded warranties and then when you try to cancel you cant get anyone to help you. I had to call general motors directly to get anything done. I called and wrote letters to the general manager and to mr.Price and they all went unanswered. This is after I purchased two high end cars from them... not even the courtesy of a return phone call. I would NEVER buy a car from them again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These guys are crooks. More
I just purchased a 2005 Cavalier from Maxie Price and I have a problem and I cannot get it solved. I have purchased three (3) contracts which I do need and I am being treated like dirt. And it always bothe have a problem and I cannot get it solved. I have purchased three (3) contracts which I do need and I am being treated like dirt. And it always bothered me that a dealership is your friend until you want to return something or cancel a contract you do not need. And then the dealership expects you to recommend them to your friends and family. If you are going to purchase a Chevrolet, I would not go to Maxie Price. I have put close to 300 miles on my car since I purchased it on Monday trying to get the problem solved. And I might it solved or I might not get it solved. I just wanted you to fine out what I found out this week. All Maxie Price is about is your money and they do not care about you at all. Good luck and good shopping.
