Very Happy! On 3/17 my wife and I went into Maxie Price in the market for a used truck. We were first met by Scott Brooks who was extremely cordial and helpful. He showed us several trucks and we made arrangements to come back the next morning for test drives. When we returned, we met Lynn Stevens who was also very cordial. We test drove one of the trucks and was very pleased with it. However, Lynn said that he wanted to drive it himself because there were some things he wanted to check. He also felt like that truck would meet our needs. Bottom line is that we purchased that truck with Lynn walking through it with us and helping us make the right decisions every step of the way. We left Maxie Price pleased with our purchase and very impressed by the way we were treated by both Scott Brooks and Lynn Stevens. Should the occasion arise, we will not hesitate to visit Maxie Price again. More

Extremely Happy! I recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ from Maxie Price. I went in on a day to just take a look around as I was out "car shopping". I was happily greeted by Lynn Stevens who led me to the used Tahoe's that we showed interest in. We went on a test drive, which was by far the most interesting yet fun test drive I have ever been on. He showed me the true mechanics of the vehicle and assured me that if that was the car I chose to purchase it would be a safe one for my family and I. I was very indecisive about purchasing a car but Lynn assured me of my purchase without pressure, he made the whole experience easy and HASSLE FREE! The whole process from start to finish was the most relaxing and non pressured experience for me. Even after the sale Lynn has stayed in contact with me to make sure anything I need he can try to make happen! Poor Customer Service We received phone call from a salesman at Maxie Price about a possible trade. Since we were actually considering purchasing a new car we said we would come in. The salesman said "we'll be there till 8:00". We arrived around 6:30 and salesman who had called had already gone home. Victoria greeted us and said she would be happy to help. Less than a minute later, she comes back with another salesman and said he would have to help us because her parents were coming in. Rodney was nice, but really didn't know much. We told him what we wanted in a vehicle and after he looked in the computer, pulled an Equinox around for us to look at. It was a base model and not even what we said we wanted! We were very disappointed in Maxie Price Chevrolet and ended up purchasing a Subaru Forrester and could not be happier. Customer Service made the difference in our decision! More
