Good but long!! We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and will continue to do so. However, the process of purchasing a car should not take 3-4 hours. Once you have selected the car you want, the salesperson should sit down and complete the transaction. I found this last time that the salesperson was continually going from place to place for what reason I do not know. He would leave the table and said he would be right back. We would see him go one way and and the next thing we knew he was up in the appraiser office talking. I got so frustrated that I went to him and asked him to sit down so that we can talk to him ask questions and finish up. We kept telling us he was working out a deal and the price would be the same and on and on. His running and rushing all over was uncalled for. I witnessed other people sitting at the table waiting and waiting as we were. Their sales person was all over as well. If the salesperson has to go from place to place to conduct business then the dealership has not equipped or trained their sales men very well. More

I have never felt so scared in my life. The associate, who did not wear a name tag, decided to tell me I couldnt have my keys when I asked for them. I told him it was taking 2 hours to see the actual finance person "in the box" and I was done. He wasn't giving me the APR and wasn't telling me how he make my monthly car payments lower. He reduced my trade in offer from $1000 to $500 for no reason. I had a set offer from Truecar for $8999 and they were originally trying to sell me the car for $14,000. After citing these reasons, I demanded my keys again which he said he would go get. I follow him to get them and he gets his manager, talking to him for five minutes, toying with my keys in hand this entire time. They step out and the manager gets upset, loudly shouting are you kidding me to me and my boyfriend. I said this has taken too long and no one can give me a straight answer about anything. I demand my keys again and he hands them over. At this point, my boyfriend says we are no longer doing business here and turn toward the door. The manager gets even more upset, starts yelling "are you xxxxing kidding me?!" and we rush to my car sitting outside as they chase us out. I did not feel safe, I was not taken care of, and I couldn't leave when I wanted. Do NOT come here if you care about any of those things. More
