I ended up test driving a truck way out of my budget that was not even what I really wanted to look at. They valued my two trades offensively low. Finally after an hour of the staff holding onto my own truck key (which was being valued for a trade) and getting it back after asking twice if I could have it back, they showed me the truck I came to see in the first place. I just felt like they were trying to play me and rush me into a sale. So, I left. I feel like I wasted two glorious hours of a beautiful Sauturday. I may go back at the end of the year if they have awesome deals; I may shop elsewhere. I know that's the stereotype/"what did you expect" feeling of a car shopping experience, but it doesn't have to be that way. There are dealers out there who actually listen to customers' wants/means of buying a vehicle, and don't push them into a deal. More

Horrible Customer Service I called this dealership to inquire about a vehicle they had listed. I had sent an email the day before and had not heard back from them. The girl t I called this dealership to inquire about a vehicle they had listed. I had sent an email the day before and had not heard back from them. The girl that answered the whole was able to find my message but didn't apologize for no one returning my call. She was able to answer the questions I had asked in my message but I was on hold for at least 5 mins. I then expressed that I was very interested in the vehicle and would like to talk to a sales rep, which I was told that it was best if I came into the dealership. I informed her that I lived 4 hours away so this was not possible. She told me that they did not negotiate the price of the vehicle on the phone. She then asked me if I would be needed financing, which I told her no I would be paying for the car in cash. She then told me that if I did not finance with them that the price of the vehicle was $1,000 more and if I didn't have a trade in that it was ANOTHER $1,000 more. So glad I called and didn't waste my time dealing with these people. It amazes me that they would rather have a car sit on their lot then negotiate over the phone with a person who is willing to pay cash for a vehicle. I would avoid this dealership!!!! More
