I set up appointment to look for a very particular used car model I found online. After test driving the vehicle, they tried to switch to a worse trim level of the car while signing paperwork. When I brought this up, they didn’t apologize and said I should be the one to realize what they were doing (I was the one that did bring it up). Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! More
