I called in to schedule service on my truck for a recall and oil change. I normally use the Buford location however this location in Loganville is close to home and I needed a Saturday appointment. I was in and oil change. I normally use the Buford location however this location in Loganville is close to home and I needed a Saturday appointment. I was informed they don't do appointments at this location on Saturdays that it is 1st come 1st serve. I arrived Saturday morning at 9 am. I pulled into the bay and was never greeted like every other service station I have ever been to. This was my first time at this dealership and it will be my last. I walked into the office and waited for the tech to finish with someone else. When it was my turn i told him what I needed and he was very dry. I asked a few questions about other things going on with my truck and he did not give out any kind of advice or anything. The only thing he told us was it was $130 for diagnostic (ouch). I kind of felt like I was a bother to him. He told me that it would be a couple hours and it was going to be $71.00 for oil change (ouch). I left and did my errands. About and hour or 2 later I received a call about my tires because they were doing a free rotate and we asked them to criss cross them. I was told I was missing a lug nut and asked if I wanted to purchase one for $10.00. Personally I thought that was awful high for 1 lug nut. Anyhow I was told that my truck would be ready in 20 mins. We headed back to pick up my truck and upon arriving i noticed my truck sitting in the drop off line with the drivers side window down and the ticket number taken out of the truck window. I walked inside to pay and get my keys. I made my $81.00 payment and was advise that my keys may be in my truck (WTH) WHY WOULD MY KEYS BE IN MY TRUCK. So I walked out to my truck and my door was lock with the window down. I tried to reach in to unlock my door and the tech came out after me trying for 5 mins to get into my truck and said the keys are not in it. I told him I dont believe so and he firmly said dont open it you will set off the alarm. He walked off to several stations in the drop off area looking for my keys with no luck. He walked out into the shop and came back with no luck. He went back to his desk and his coworkers desk. Still NO keys. He went back out into the shop looking again and at this point I unlocked my truck and started it with my app on my phone. He came up and said did you find the keys. I told him NO you have my keys. Then my boyfriend messaged me wondering why I am taking so long. I informed him that they lost my keys. After 30 mins of them looking my tech went back to his desk and started helping another customer as I still sat there waiting. About 10 minutes later a technician came out of the shop with my keys and our service advisor pointed to my boyfriend and he gave him the keys and just walked off. NO one apologized or even tried to make sure I was ok or anything. I am beyond irate about this experience. For my 1st impression of Maxie Price Chevrolet I am disgusted. Worst experience ever! More
