I was in the market recently for a used car a friend of mine recommended Maxie Price. I dreaded the dealerships because of my terrible experience with the dealership close to Maxie Price about 15 years ago mine recommended Maxie Price. I dreaded the dealerships because of my terrible experience with the dealership close to Maxie Price about 15 years ago, since that experience left a bad taste in my mouth I was reluctant. I stopped by Maxie Price just to see what they had. I previously owned a 2010 Camaro RS that had been totaled on May 15,2021. I spent weeks looking for another could not find one in my price range. When I stopped at Maxie Price to look at a totally different car because I had given up looking for a Camaro I saw a car out of the corner of my eye that I could only see a sliver of a car two rows back. I asked the salesman Pierre what that was over there he said a Camaro SS. Of course immediately I walked over was in awe then I looked inside saw it was a stick shift and knew this was the one but the price was a tad high for my budget. I went home thought about it working the numbers to see if I could swing the monthly payments. I went back to Maxi Price and met an AWESOME salesman named JUAN. Quick run down on JUAN, he is very nice, has tons of patience with someone such as myself because I ask a lot of questions ,he has exceptional knowledge of my vehicle, and he genuinely cared about me as a customer to do any and all to make me happy. JUAN and I decided on a price took me to JOHN finance managers office and started the process. Everything was perfect until I hit a snag with my contract through no fault of Maxie Price and that’s when I had the pleasure of meeting RONNIE the manager. RONNIE reviewed my contract said no problem, then walked me back into (finance manager) JOHNS office. In short what these three gentlemen did for me is amazing, not only did I get the car I wanted but a budget friendly payment to boot. It’s a little overwhelming sometimes when you have a lot of personal issues going on AND you have to shop for a car, but JUAN (awesome salesman) JOHN and RONNIE made this easy for me. Im a single mom and have to count every penny they made this work for me because I wanted my replacement of my previous Camaro only to get a better one (faster) and love this one even more. They will LIE to your face. The GM Dennis, and the SM James Duran PROMISED me refunds on warrantees that I never purchased. 2 months and I keep getting the runaround.
