I would give them 3 1/2 stars if I could. If car had no problems would of left a 5 star, but front bumper clip was broken when car was sold to me and having to wait to hear from them to get it fixed in Jan problems would of left a 5 star, but front bumper clip was broken when car was sold to me and having to wait to hear from them to get it fixed in January, and taking my time away to do it and possibly some time from work. Ashley was awesome. My family and I could tell that she cared about us and about our future with Chevy. She worked hard to get us the best deal possible. The service department was the first department that we were speaking with in reference to our 3rd party warranty. It was frustrating, mostly because of lack of communication. But once the warranty was straightened out, James and Ashley did everything they could to get us in a car, a few bumps along the way but it all worked out in the end. More
