Thankfully I had David to help walk me through the process and find what suit me best. He was straight forward and wasn't attempting to sell me something I didn't need/want. Mr. Dressler was also extremely patient and willing to answer any of my questions. I am sure I was a little difficult at times, but he was able to walk me through it until I understood everything clearly. The process wasn't long or painful at all, probably about 3 to 4 hours total. David was incredibly easy to work with and made it clear if I need anything I can get it done at Max Platt easily, whether through him or someone else at the dealership. Easily more enjoyable than any other dealership I have been too. Highly recommend. More

We told David the time we would be there and he had the car ready for us and even brought it inside to warm up since it was winter. After buying he took the time to walk us through on how to pair our phones to the car, how to use all of the cars features, etc. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure we had all of our questions answered and never made us feel rushed. He is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy salesman. We will continue to use David for all of our family's vehicle needs More
